Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, brought into the world on 15 September 1977) is a Nigerian author, essayist of brief tales, and verifiable. She has composed the books Purple Hibiscus (2003), Half of a Yellow Sun (2006), and Americanah (2013), the brief tale assortment The Thing Around Your Neck (2009), and the book-length paper We Should All Be Feminists (2014).
In 2008, Adichie was granted a MacArthur Genius Grant. She was portrayed in The Times Literary Supplement as "the most conspicuous" of a "parade of widely praised youthful anglophone writers [who] is prevailing with regards to drawing in another age of perusers to African writing". Her latest book, Dear Ijeawele, or a Feminist Manifesto in Fifteen Suggestions, was distributed in March 2017.
